The tasks of Sinara-Development include project management in the field of residential and commercial real estate, the implementation of projects for the integrated development of the territory. The company is known for such large-scale projects as the reconstruction of the Yekaterinburg Arena, the restoration of the Sinara Center, the construction of the Yekaterinburg-EXPO international exhibition center and the Congress hall, the construction of the village of the International University Sports Festival and the campus of the Ural Federal University.

Currently, the company is the general contractor for the construction of a complex for the production of high-speed trains on the territory of the Ural Locomotives plant (Verkhnyaya Pyshma). By the end of 2026, a building for the formation of body components, a building for the commissioning of electric trains, a traction drive test center, a design center and an administrative building will be erected there. The total area of the new facilities will be 67 thousand square meters. m.

In addition, Sinara-Development is actively developing the south-east of Yekaterinburg. In Novokoltsovsky, along with business, educational, scientific and sports infrastructure, a residential area of 1.2 million m2 is being built.

In the center of the Ural capital, the company is implementing a comprehensive redevelopment project for an outdated industrial zone. Sinara Development initiated the transformation of the former Goods Yard near the Makarovsky Bridge, where the territory had been in disrepair for 20 years. The warehouse buildings are being replaced by a modern business and comfort class residential area, designed to become a new point of attraction in the city center.
