Sinara–Development

The tasks of Sinara-Development include project management in the field of residential and commercial real estate, the implementation of projects for the integrated development of the territory. Sinara Development is known for such large-scale projects as the reconstruction of the Yekaterinburg Arena, the restoration of the Sinara Center, the construction of the Yekaterinburg EXPO International Exhibition Center and the Congress Hall, and the construction of the village of the International University Sports Festival. 

Currently, the company is the general contractor for the construction of the Ural Federal University campus in Novokoltsovsky district. The UrFU campus construction project is being implemented on behalf of the President of Russia as part of the national project "Science and Universities". Dormitories with 8.5 thousand beds, public and medical centers, a training field with athletics tracks, sports grounds, recreation areas, a street and road network, and engineering facilities have already been built on the UrFU campus. At the second stage of the project, the academic buildings of the Institute of Radio Electronics and Information Technology, the Institute of Economics and Management, and the Specialized Educational and Scientific Center (SUNC) will be erected.

The comprehensive development of Novokoltsovsky provides for the construction of a residential area of 1 million m2 along with business, educational, scientific and sports infrastructure.
