Since the founding of Sima-Stroy, a new era has begun in the life of the Sima-Land group of companies. Over the years of its existence, more than 300 projects have been implemented, more than 150,000 square meters of space have been commissioned, and more than 250,000 kilometers of utility networks have been laid. All this has become possible thanks to a unique team that is engaged in construction, design, and production of its own building materials, as well as the creation of exclusive design projects. Each new facility represents innovative ideas, non—standard solutions, fast and high-quality implementation, and of course new trends in the construction sector.

In 2023, the company launched a large—scale project - the construction of the country's largest cluster on an area of 166 hectares, located in the village of Patrushi in the Sysert district, which includes warehouse and office premises, buildings of its own production facilities, a maintenance station for the company's vehicles and employees, and much more. But the uniqueness of the project is that at the same time, a well-maintained infrastructure for comfortable living will be created on the same territory, including a residential complex for 18,000 residents, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shopping and entertainment centers, sports grounds, cafes and a park. The project will create more than 17,000 jobs for residents of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk Region. The project implementation period is 5 years.
