GRAFF.estate is a Russian IT company that develops advanced sales tools for developers based on interactive technologies, as well as VR and AR, immersing the client in a ready—made project.

What are we doing?

The company creates interactive presentations, architectural visualizations, developer websites, virtual tours, and remote demonstrations of real estate, helping developers sell easier and faster for more.

Over the years, we have implemented more than 65 projects for 52 developers from Russia and the UAE. Among our key partners: Lingonberry and MR Group, Capital Group, GC Osnova, A101, Upside Development, ENKO and Parity Development.

The GRAFF.estate team

Our team is located in Yekaterinburg and consists of more than 50 employees. We implement projects only on our own, without outsourcing tasks. For 16 years now, our team has been implementing projects that help developers effectively showcase their product and effectively interact with future buyers.

Awards

Our product is registered and included in the registry of domestic software. In 2023, the company won the Build UP in the IT category and became a resident of Skolkovo. We also have 1 place at the WOW AWARDS 2024 and the title of "Best in Dprofile" in our portfolio of awards, two awards for 3D and an award for UI.

Thanks to our solutions, developers are noticing a visible increase in sales. The conversion from consultation to booking increases by 18%, and from booking to sale — by 12%. And the project implementation period is reduced to two times.
