BAZA Development is a progressive developer from Yekaterinburg. We are building facilities in Yekaterinburg, Moscow and Bali, where we offer real estate for living and investment.

We also create communities of happy residents, creating a comfortable and harmonious environment. We manage houses through our own management company BAZA, providing a high level of service and quality of life at all stages — from construction to operation.

For 7 years of work in the real estate market, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner and innovator, who has participated in the implementation of 16 projects in Yekaterinburg. Since 2023, we have been actively developing as a developer, and today our projects are among the top federal projects.

In Yekaterinburg, our comfort-class project "Sweet Home" became a finalist in the TOP residential complex competition in the nominations "Best residential complex-new building in the Sverdlovsk region" and "Best project in the Russian Federation, redevelopment of residential development".
In Moscow, we are working on the Bestseller project in partnership with the Brusnika developers and the Level Group.
