iLove Residential Complex | MNdesign

The project for a family with 2 children in the iLove residential complex had to be made modern, expressive and "with character". The idea of the concept was born by itself, in the process of working on the main public space. We wanted to create a kind of attraction zone in the TV group, which could also be viewed from the entrance. In the center of it, on the wall, we formed a circle with a backlight, filling it with an expressive relief texture. All together, it filled us with the image of the moon, after which an unobtrusive "space" theme appeared in the project. It manifested itself in the color scheme, sometimes saturated textures, and decorative elements.

We wanted to make the color scheme of the project noble and contrasting. It is based on warm, light decorative plaster, chocolate-colored wood and various shades of steel gray. The furniture compositions in the project are complex, clearly solving functional tasks, and setting the right rhythms in the interior.

The master bedroom unit consists of a bathroom, a dressing room and the bedroom itself. We didn't like the long hallway that appeared at the entrance to the room, and we decided to use glass blocks and mirrors to break its monotony. Moreover, they decided to integrate the door into the master bathroom into the glass blocks. Technologically, the solution turned out to be difficult, but as a result, the corridor, as well as the bathroom, were filled with complex lighting effects, and turned out to be especially expressive.

The children's room is the lightest room in the apartment in terms of color scheme. A work area is located near the window, along the edges of it are storage racks and wardrobes. And in the corner there is a two-level bed, made according to our project with a small cozy ottoman on the lower level.
