The Shermont Apart-Hotel | UMMC-Developer

The design project of the Shermont apartments rethinks the traditions of the Alpine chalet through the prism of modern aesthetics. Wood here becomes not just a material, but a key element of style: massive wooden beams, wooden panels on the walls and wooden window sills create an atmosphere of comfort and connection with nature. This technique not only protects the decoration, but also gives the space a noble texture characteristic of mountain residences. The combination of natural materials with laconic furniture forms balances between the warmth of a chalet and an up-to-date urban design.Every element — from textured wall panels to designer furniture — highlights the philosophy of the project: reliability, environmental friendliness and timeless elegance.

Materials and finishes

Walls: decorative covering (mud hut), imitating snow slopes + natural wood wall panels

Floors: quartz vinyl tile (imitation stone)

Bathrooms: porcelain stoneware (floor/walls), concealed installation, lowered toilets, high-quality Italian plumbing.

Doors: Natural wood with premium fittings

The main design features – clean lines, noble materials and thoughtful layouts – find their ideal embodiment in the Shermont project. Every detail of the interior, from textured wooden elements to laconic furniture, is carefully thought out to create a harmonious space. The combination of natural materials with modern technologies ensures not only aesthetic perfection, but also practicality in everyday use.

This project embodies the philosophy of conscious design, where every line serves comfort and every material serves durability. Here, modern aesthetics meets the warmth of natural textures, creating a truly unique premium living space.
