Aeroflot's flagship Customer Office | Architectural bureau T+T Architects

The flagship client office of Aeroflot has opened in Moscow on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street. The multifunctional business space, located in the heart of the metropolis, is designed to bring the services of the country's largest airline to a fundamentally new level. The project was developed by the architectural bureau T+T Architects.

The main goal of the project is to create a qualitatively new customer communication experience with the company and brand. Therefore, even the location of the office is very symbolic, since the facility is located on the direct route to the airline's base airport, Sheremetyevo.

The two-storey space with an area of 1.27 thousand square meters is located in a building in the historical center of the capital at the address: 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya St., 2A.

A vivid image of the new space is being read from Tverskaya Boulevard and Triumfalnaya Square. Warm soothing shades of interiors, thoughtful lighting design, referring to the image of airways, and spectacular multimedia screens are visible in the window portals already on the way to the office doors, which smoothly adjusts customers to the right mood. The spectacular contrast of the graphite facade of the building and the shades of the sunset sky permeating the interiors creates a harmonious image of the project.

The office is divided into two parts, each of which is located on a separate floor. The lower level is 640 sq. m. The complex includes a spacious lobby, waiting and customer service areas, a cozy cafe with panoramic views of Armory Lane, a themed children's corner, as well as service and technical rooms.

There are also digital media surfaces where you can get acquainted with the company's route network, services and products offered, as well as learn interesting facts from the history of Aeroflot. This part of the office is characterized by open layouts, intuitive navigation, abundance of natural light and permeability. Such solutions not only emphasize and enhance the concept of the project, but also create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the guests.

The business space on the second floor is 585 sq. m. The airport and its main part are occupied by waiting areas, meeting rooms for customer service at the elite levels of the Aeroflot Bonus Gold and Platinum programs. Also on the second floor there is a compact back office for 14 people with a kitchen and other office facilities for comfortable work of employees. Special attention should be paid to the customer waiting areas of INCREASED comfort, equipped with designer upholstered groups, a coffee point, restrooms and a wardrobe.

The architectural concept of the project is based on the manufacturability of processes and the creation of an atmosphere of maximum comfort in service areas due to interior details. The design code of the office consists of three layers of perception: the MM effect, empathy of the environment, subtle references to the past, present and future of Aeroflot Airlines.

The desire to convey the brand's philosophy, the theme of flights and combine it with comfort for guests is read in all the details of the interior. Thus, the brand's signature palette is presented in the form of soft soothing gradients that create an image of the evening sky. A small cafe with panoramic views of old Moscow evokes associations with the airport waiting area, and the color schemes echo other office locations.

The children's corner for the youngest guests is stylized as different areas of the airport terminal. It has a table in the form of a luggage belt with an interactive console, similar to a briefcase with a screen for drawing. In front of a smartphone-like display, students can take photos against the backdrop of attractions from different cities on the Aeroflot route network. The comfortable sofa is also made in the form of a looped luggage belt.

The client meeting rooms on the second floor are located along the perimeter of the facade glazing and are made in the form of cubes oriented at different angles. Each of them is highlighted by an LED backlight along the lower contour, which gives the volumes a floating effect.

The project uses a large amount of interior and technical know-how to facilitate the work of employees. So, together with Aeroflot, the architects have developed a new model of smart desks with integrated printers, telephones, cash register equipment and wireless chargers. Live plants are placed in the sofas of the waiting areas and chargers are mounted. Bright digital displays are installed directly in the racks of waiting areas and wall panels, and minimalistic electronic queue displays refer to futuristic images.

The themed decoration and navigation system not only enhances immersion in the atmosphere of romance of aeronautics, but also makes it easy to navigate the office space. The meeting rooms in the Gold and Platinum zones are named after Russian cities from the airline's route network.
