The project aimed to create a public space for different user groups while maximizing the natural potential of the place.

The architectural solutions are based on the identified features of the territory — nature: mountains, plants, views of Ai-Petri, Mount Koshka, the sea and the history of the place — the estate of Count Milyutin.

The architectural solutions use natural materials — local stone, which fits seamlessly into the natural and historical context. White color is also used for the design of the IAF, referring to historical aesthetics. Beautiful and in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The new functional zones are located along the main transit routes in the central, already developed part of the park. There are open and level areas that allow you to place new objects without damaging the vegetation of the park. The woodlands removed from the central axis are left untouched.
