The apartment complex "Voice in the heart of the city" is located at the intersection of two urban highways on which high–rise buildings have been formed and are developing - Sverdlovsky Prospekt and Truda St. There are also two three-dimensional objects located at the intersection of highways (the Yunost Sports Palace and Soyuzpishcheprom LLC). The dimensions of the apartment complex make it possible to balance the buildings within the intersection, connect the high-rise buildings along Truda Street and form an urban planning node.

The Smart Home system. The Golos apartment complex in the heart of the City is equipped with a Smart Home system, which is a proprietary development of Golos.inSmart, a member of the Golos Group. The system has a number of advantages and has virtually no analogues in Russia.:

  • Wireless solution – you can control the system from your mobile phone via a mini management software application.;
  • Importonezavisimosti is a completely Russian development;
  • Does not depend on the Internet (the "heart" of the UD is located in the dashboard - the Voice.inSmart controller);
  • The ZigBee protocol is a top–level network protocol that allows any device to be interconnected. It ensures the complete openness of the system and the ability to quickly integrate any smart devices.

The system is initially integrated into the building and works without a subscription. The cost of a smart home is included in the price of the apartment.

The system allows you to:

  • Remotely control access to the apartment;
  • Remotely monitor the water supply using a leak protection system;
  • Set a comfortable temperature in every room;
  • Configure scripts that run from the main menu. In each scenario, you can set a comfortable temperature in the rooms, turn on/off the HVAC and/or DHW, lighting and/or power outlets by setting timer settings.;
  • To control the "Smart apartment" using voice commands through the voice assistant "Alice".
  • Turn on/off groups of lighting devices (optional, not included in the basic package);
  • Open/close curtains (optional, not included in the basic package);
  • Control the air conditioning system (optional, not included in the basic package);

Ventilation. Supply and exhaust mechanical central ventilation system, with heat recovery in a plate heat exchanger. The air supply is heated in the central installation and is supplied to the room through a system of air ducts and adjustable diffusers. Within the apartment-wide corridor, a silencer is installed on the branch for each apartment to prevent noise from flowing from neighboring apartments and from equipment. The supply and exhaust air units are located in a ventilation room on the technical floor. A 3-stage air purification system that captures particles ranging in size from 1-10 microns (pollen, spores, cement dust, fly ash). The air velocity in the apartment and floor ducts is not more than 2.5 m/s. In the combined vertical collector, the air velocity is up to 5 m/s.

Heat supply. The building's heat supply source is its own boiler room. The process of transferring heat energy from the boiler room to the residential, commercial parts of the building and parking is carried out in an individual heating point (ITP), which is located in the basement of an apartment building. The automated control system provides regulation of heat supply to the heating system depending on the change in outdoor air temperature. Individual thermal energy accounting is provided for each apartment. The horizontal wiring of the pipelines is made in a protective layer along the overlap plate and laid in a protective corrugated casing. The heating devices in the apartments are steel panel radiators with a bottom connection. The heat transfer of heating devices is regulated by means of a valve with a thermostatic element.

The water supply system is equipped with additional booster pumps to ensure sufficient water pressure at the disassembly points for residents of the complex, as well as a leak protection system. At the entrance to the building and in front of the flow meters, the system is equipped with mechanical (mesh) filters. The supply to the apartments is carried out by beam wiring from distribution collectors located in technical niches / rooms on floors in apartment-wide corridors. The flowmeters are located on branches from the distribution manifolds.
