Premium residential complex designed by KPLN: harmony of contrast of facades and visual plastic

The project consists of two residential 21-storey towers mounted on a stylobate and an infrastructure building. The current topic of multi-sized boxes installed on top of each other is developing, which distinguishes houses from the standard environment.

The expressiveness of the residential complex is based on the contrast of the dark northern facades, which are highlighted by perforated panels of smooth matte texture, painted to resemble wood, and white facades with unusual plastics. They create a wave-like pattern that is subtle to read, but at the same time has a great visual effect.
