The River Quarter is the symbolic gateway to the new stage of the Academic district, Yekaterinburg's youngest and brightest. Natural ceramic bricks are used in the facade cladding of the house of the first stage. This durable and eco-friendly material has been used in the Urals since ancient times in the construction of houses, factory buildings and fortifications.

When looking at a brick wall behind a ribbon of water, the phrase "my house is my fortress" naturally arises in my head.

On the courtyard side, the facade will be lined with light-colored silicate bricks. Visually merging with the color of the clouds, it gives the appearance of the houses lightness, plasticity and additional expressiveness due to the contrast with the red brick exterior perimeter.

The masonry is made according to a specially created pattern — its pattern and volumetric texture create a recognizable "face" for the complex. The architectural illumination of the facade along the outer perimeter of the floor creates a vivid image of the house at dusk and at night.

The main entrance to the block is through the main lobby with a light lamp. This separate building will be located between the 9-storey and 27-storey sections and will be largely responsible for the status of the complex. In this large comfortable space, you can wait for a taxi or meet guests. There will also be a reception desk, and a control room behind it. From the lobby you can exit both to the street and to the courtyard.
