B.26 is a modern residential complex in the Vtuzgorodok area of Yekaterinburg at the intersection of Blucher and Mira streets. The sections of the residential complex are united by a themed courtyard-park (dinopark), which provides cozy recreation areas, playgrounds for children and adults, a playground for workout and a gallery of shops.

The concept of the B.26 residential complex is based on the novel "The Lost World" by Arthur Conan Doyle. Arthur Conan Doyle's fictional world, which grew up on a stylobate, is hidden in clouds and dense vegetation of the courtyard. Stylobate B.26 rises like a plateau above the ground.

The facade cladding of B.26 uses composition techniques and color combinations to create a dynamic urban silhouette. Plastic facades are built by combining a strict regular grid and accent elements. The color scheme of the facades is proposed to contrast with the existing surrounding buildings for greater expressiveness of the house.

The composition of the elements. Ventilated facade system with large-format metal casings in dark green color, concealed fastening. Window frames, stained glass windows in graphite color. Thin-layer grey facade plaster. Facade decorative plaster, texture: a board impression stamped using Ceresit technology (or an analog), followed by an impregnation finish (wood coloring). The thin-layer facade plaster is creamy-white. Turquoise-colored thin-layer facade plaster.

The concept of the novel is continued by the courtyard space.

Dense multi-level landscaping, the winding shape of the walking paths, eco-friendly materials and unique images from the book: a dinosaur, MAFs in the shape of a dinosaur and eggs, fossils in a sandbox, benches in the form of smooth elongated stones.

The courtyard area looks modern and keeps a balance between the interests of the children's and adult audience. And using the idea of a "dinopark" fosters children's interest in science and research.

The courtyard is divided into several zones:

  • For a relaxing holiday
  • Workout zone
  • Outdoor recreation area for children (0-5 and 6-15 years old)
  • Outdoor recreation area for adults
