EVOPART BY BENEFIT SOCHI CENTER is a six-storey premium class complex combining 50 elite residences, a gourmet restaurant and a private courtyard. The architectural concept of the project is based on the principles of bionic design, inspired by the natural forms of the Black Sea. The six wave-shaped plates of the facade create the effect of a structure hovering over the city, organically integrating the building into the surrounding landscape. The smooth lines of the exterior continue the rhythm of the city streets and pedestrian zones, emphasizing harmony with the natural and urban context of Sochi.

The facility is located in the center of Sochi, five minutes from the Black Sea embankment, which provides convenient access to business, cultural and recreational facilities. The architectural solution includes an enclosed area with a courtyard patio, accessible exclusively to residents, which emphasizes the concept of privacy and elitism.

Interior design and technological solutions

The main lobby is made in a chamber format using golden shades, mirrored surfaces and natural stone, which creates an atmosphere of modern luxury. On the ground floor there is a gourmet restaurant with an outdoor terrace adapted for private relaxation.
