Reconstruction of a transport interchange at different levels at the intersection of Visherskaya St. and the Trans-Siberian Railway in Perm | JSC "Uralgiprotrans"
The technical conditions for the construction of pipes and overpasses in the earthbed under a protective shield without interrupting train traffic, approved by the order of JSC Russian Railways No. 410pr dated 02/18/2015, the recommended length of the structure can reach 80 m. During the implementation of this project, the maximum length of metal pipe penetration reached 106 m.
This was largely made possible by the use of information design (BIM) technologies in the Autodesk Revit software package and the use of the Midas GTS NX software package.
The structures of the highway overpass are calculated in the Midas GTS NX software package. The Midas GTS NX software package is a program designed for detailed calculations of underground (surface) structures and tunnel systems based on the finite element analysis method. The efficiency of calculations in GTS NX is provided by specialized finite elements for accurate modeling of soils and tunnels. The program implements various calculation methods such as: static calculation, dynamic calculation, filtration calculation, conjugate calculation of filtration and stress-strain state, consolidation calculation, phased construction calculation, slope stability calculation.
The computational model of the overpass is made in a three-dimensional formulation using the finite element method (FEM), which is a numerical method for solving continuum mechanics problems. This calculation allows us to estimate the stress-strain state of the "soil-structure" system, taking into account the sequence of work. Model of soils – Modified Mohr-Coulomb with hardening (Modified Mohr-Coulomb).
The overpass project was developed using information design (BIM) technologies in the Autodesk Revit software package:
- Based on the selected and approved version, an information model of the tunnel-type overpass was developed, with the most developed elements for the project stage.;
- The resulting information model was coordinated taking into account the real situation, using engineering survey data and preliminary coordination axes. Design solutions were developed based on a coordinated information model.;
- Parametric families were developed for this model (families are parametric Revit components, a kind of library of graphical objects filled with information that are used to create a project). In our project: pipes of a protective screen filled with concrete, metal frames, wells, embedded parts. In addition, reinforced concrete structures were reinforced to calculate the consumption of steel.;
- when creating the information model, the project was adapted according to the state standards for the design of project documentation, since the software package does not take into account all the requirements of GOST.
- The main advantages of using information design (BIM) technologies in the Autodesk Revit software package in the project;
- The main technical and economic indicators of the structure were determined already at the stage of the main design decisions.;
- When developing the information model, not only the geometric characteristics and data on the object were taken into account, but also the interactions between the elements of the model.;
- Drawings were automatically created based on this model, and the project was analyzed.;
- Later, the information model was used during the construction process to optimize the process, monitor the schedule of work and material consumption.
