In the context of rapid urban growth, increasing requirements for sustainable construction and the need to make quick investment decisions, technologies that can speed up and simplify the pre-design process are especially relevant.

The Urban.inpad.store project is a cloud platform that allows you to generate a residential development concept in a matter of minutes, carry out technical-

economic analysis, take into account regulatory constraints and calculate the effectiveness of the project. All this happens right in the browser, without installing additional software.

Our development is the result of many years of collaboration between a team of architects, programmers and developers. We have combined professional design experience and modern technologies to create a solution that radically changes the early stages of development projects.

The essence of technology

Urban.inpad.store is a web service designed for:

  • analysis of the potential of the land plot;
  • generation of a residential development concept;
  • automatic formation of apartment layouts in specified percentages;
  • assessment of insolation and compliance with regulations;
  • calculation of areas, building density, and efficiency of territory use;
  • preliminary calculation of the economic model of the project.

The user selects a site on the map, sets parameters (ZOUIT, number of floors, orientation), and receives a ready-made concept: the configuration of buildings, the composition of apartments, data on insolation, and a summary report with the main TEP.

The platform integrates with the cadastral map and can take into account engineering restrictions, the location of utility networks and current regulations. All calculations take place on the server side, without the involvement of local software.
