Digital Construction Control (DCS) | house.RF Technologies
Digitalization of design and construction management using information modeling technologies (TIM/BIM), ensuring project transparency and banking support, automating document management and construction control, reducing costs and project deadlines.
The essence of an innovative idea
CCC is a domestic cloud platform that builds a seamless and transparent construction management process, from the preparation of project documentation to the commissioning of the facility and control by the financing bank. It combines CIM (BIM models), documents, tasks and actions of all project participants in a single digital contour.
The platform supports working with information models that are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the PNST 909-2024, which provides a structured presentation of data in the IFC format approved in RF PP No. 614.
One of the key areas of development is cooperation with banks:
- Developers control the quality of the project documentation and the model from the designer to the CCC
- Provide the bank with a digital model
- The Bank verifies the composition and scope of work, evaluates the compliance of the actual indicators with the design ones (TEP, volumes, design, etc.)
- All parties are working with an up-to-date object model, which eliminates information gaps and increases trust in the data.
This solution creates a new digital practice of interaction between the developer, the technical customer, the designer and financial structures, increases trust in data and allows to reduce costs from erroneous decisions. Everything that happens at the facility becomes transparent, traceable, and verifiable.
Thus, the CCC becomes not just an IT product, but an infrastructural basis for digital construction that meets modern requirements of regulators and banks, and creates a new standard for working with investment and construction projects.
What is the benefit of this innovation for the industry?
- Shorter project implementation time: automation of approval and control processes reduces time costs by 4-6%.
- Improving the quality and safety of facilities: early detection of collisions and deviations in projects reduces the number of errors and alterations by up to 60%.
- Economic effect: implementation in the cloud reduces the developer's costs for IT infrastructure (servers, high-performance PCs), IT personnel, and paperwork.
- Localization of production: the platform is fully developed in Russia and hosted on domestic servers, which ensures compliance with legal requirements and independence from foreign suppliers.
- Reducing the carbon footprint: eliminating paper-based document management and optimizing the logistical processes of signing and transferring documentation to remote facilities contribute to reducing environmental impacts.
