PropTech.SMC is an innovative solution for digitalization of concreting processes developed by Smartcontech LLC. The system combines IoT technologies and cloud-based software for online monitoring of temperature, strength and maturity of concrete. The product solves the key problems of the construction industry: inefficient quality control, risks of freezing/overheating of concrete, high labor costs and downtime. PropTech.SMC has already established itself in 15+ commercial projects, including high-rise buildings and infrastructure facilities, and has received recognition in professional competitions (BuildUP Skolkovo, OCCC Rosatom).

System

Digital sensors: measure temperature and transmit data in real time. Logging modules : They collect information from sensors and transmit it via Wi-Fi/radio signal to the cloud.

PropTech.SMC cloud service: analyzes data, plots, predicts strength gain, and forms executive documentation.
