Regulations on the construction award 100+ Awards
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following terms and definitions are used:
1.1. 100+ TechnoBuild is an International Construction Forum and exhibition held at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Center (Yekaterinburg EXPO Boulevard, 2, 620060, Russia);
1.2. The 100+ Awards (100+ Evards, hereinafter referred to as the Award) — an annual event founded in 2021, aimed at encouraging specialists and creative teams who have made a significant contribution to the development of architectural and construction science, design, and development of capital construction facilities in Of Russia. The award ceremony is timed to coincide with the dates of the 100+ TechnoBuild;
1.3. The organizers are the Limited Liability Company "Organizing Committee Builder" and the Association of Self—regulating organization "Guild of Builders of the Urals": legal entities established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
1.4. The applicant is an individual or a creative team who has submitted an application for participation in Awards and corresponding to the requirements defined by this Regulation;
1.5. Project — object, development, technology, material submitted by the Applicant for participation in the Awards and meeting the requirements set out in these Regulations;
1.6. Application form — a form posted on the website forum-100.ru in the "Award" section and designed to create and send Applicants applications for participation;
1.7. The Jury consists of Russian and foreign experts from the construction industry, representatives of relevant state authorities and local governments, invited by the Organizers to evaluate Projects and determine the Award Winners. The work of the Jury is carried out on a voluntary basis;
1.8. Expert Council — recognized in In Russia and abroad, specialized specialists in the construction industry invited by the Organizers in order to select applicants for inclusion in the Award Nominees. Members of the Expert Council may also be included in the Jury. The work of the Expert Council is carried out on a voluntary basis.
1.9. The winner is the winner whose Project is recognized by the Jury as the best in the corresponding nomination.
1.10. A nominee is a Candidate in any of the Award categories whose Project was approved for voting by the Jury based on the results of voting by the Expert Council.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The award was established on the initiative of the operator of 100+ TechnoBuild LLC "Organizing Committee Builder" and the Association of the self-regulatory organization "Guild of Builders of the Urals" in order to identify Russia's best buildings, structures, materials and technologies based on the principles of a conscious approach: unique architectural and constructive solutions, comfort, transparency of processes, environmental and social responsibility. The award is awarded for projects that make a significant contribution to the development of the construction industry through the introduction and use of advanced engineering, design, architectural and technological solutions.
2.2. The prize is awarded to Russian and foreign individuals who are specialists in the field of construction, including creative teams, as well as legal entities operating in the construction industry, including design, scientific and educational organizations implementing projects in Russia, in the following nominations:
1. The best architectural solution:
- residential building;
- non-residential unique building;
- an object under construction;
- the object of reconstruction.
2. The best engineering solution:
- the commissioned facility;
- an object under construction.
3. The best constructive solution:
- residential building;
- a unique non-residential building;
- an object under construction.
4. The best BIM model of the building.
5. The best solution to create a comfortable urban environment.
6. The best innovative development:
- materials;
- technologies;
- An IT solution.
7. Best interior design
- public space;
- the apartment has an area of up to 80 m2;
- the apartment has an area of 80 m2 or more;
- an individual apartment building.
8. The best object of monumental architecture.
2.3. The organizers develop the concept of the Award, approve the budget, the visual component, the composition of the nominations, and the requirements for Applicants, forms of documents.
2.4. The organizers form the composition of the Expert Council and the Jury, develop and approve the rules of their work, and form the final protocol based on the results of voting by the members of the Jury and the Expert Council.
2.5. The laureates are awarded with a diploma and a badge. There is no monetary compensation for the laureates.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
3.1. If a creative team (design studio, architectural bureau, temporary creative team, etc.) submits an application for the Award, the latter appoints a head who represents the interests of the team in relations with the Organizers. The applicant in this case is a creative team.
3.2. The condition of participation in The Award is the unconditional consent of the Applicant to these Regulations.
3.3. Participation in The bonus is free. Applicants independently bear all costs associated with their participation in the Awards, including, but not limited to, the costs of completing the Project, sending it to the Organizers, expenses related to participation in the award ceremony, including (for Applicants and Laureates located outside the city of Yekaterinburg) transportation costs, expenses for accommodation, meals and other expenses related to participation in Bonuses.
4. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
4.1. In 2025 in The awards can be given to Projects commissioned no earlier than December 2021, and for the nominations: "The best architectural solution — an object under construction", "The best constructive solution — an object under construction", "The best engineering solution — an object under construction", "The best BIM model" - those who have received a positive expert opinion of the project documentation are not earlier than December 2021, and for the "Best Interior Design" nomination — objects whose design projects were implemented no earlier than December 2021, created by applicants who meet the requirements set out in Section 3 of these Regulations.
4.2. To participate in Awards are accepted for Projects implemented on the territory of the Russian Federation (regardless of the Applicant's Citizenship, place of residence, or location).
4.3. The Applicant has the right to submit a Project for participation in one of the following nominations:
4.3.1. The best architectural solution:
- Residential building: a residential building with more than 5 floors, for which a permit has been obtained to put the facility or its stage into operation.;
- non-residential unique building: a non-residential building for which a permit has been obtained to put the facility or its stage into operation, which meets one of the criteria provided for in part 2 of Article 48.1 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, or the design documentation of which was developed using STU.
- An object under construction: a residential building with more than 5 floors or a non-residential building for which a permit has not yet been received to put the object or its stage into operation, but a construction permit has been obtained.
- reconstruction object: a residential or non-residential building, in respect of which reconstruction was carried out (changing the parameters of the capital construction object) and a permit for commissioning was obtained. Both a complete and partial change of its functional purpose is allowed.
4.3.2. The best engineering solution:
- commissioned facility: engineering and technical solutions of the commissioned building, or its stage.
- An object under construction: engineering and technical solutions for a building, or its stage, for which a construction permit has already been obtained, but commissioning has not been completed.
4.3.3. The best constructive solution:
- residential building: structural and engineering solutions of an commissioned capital construction facility, or its stage, for residential purposes with more than 5 floors, including spatial schemes adopted when performing calculations of building structures, as well as their individual structural elements, assemblies, parts during the manufacture, transportation, construction and operation of the capital construction facility construction, including structural and technical solutions for the underground part of the capital construction facility;
- non-residential unique building: structural solutions of a commissioned capital construction facility, or part of it, for non-residential purposes that meet one of the criteria provided for in part 2 of Article 48.1 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, or the design documentation of which was developed using CTS, including spatial schemes adopted when performing calculations of building structures, as well as their individual components. structural elements, assemblies, and parts in the process of manufacturing, transportation, construction, and operation of a capital construction facility, including structural and technical solutions for the underground part of the capital construction facility.
- an object under construction: structural solutions for a residential building with more than 5 floors or a non-residential building for which permission has not yet been received to put the object or part of it into operation, but permission has been received to build the object or part of it, including spatial schemes adopted when performing calculations of building structures, as well as their individual structural elements, assemblies, and parts during the manufacturing, transportation, construction, and operation of a capital construction facility, including structural and technical solutions for the underground part of the capital construction facility.
4.3.4. The best BIM model of a building:
- residential or non-residential building: an information model of a residential capital construction facility at the design stage with more than 5 floors, or an information model of a non-residential capital construction facility at the design stage.
4.3.5. The best solution for creating a comfortable urban environment:
- a comprehensive commissioned territorial development project, including individual elements of public landscaping and/or landscape design.
4.3.6. The best innovative development:
- materials: building material intended for use at the stages of construction of the underground and aboveground structural parts of the building, exterior and interior decoration of the object, as well as for the creation and installation of engineering systems and the outer shell of the building;
- technologies: methods of performing work on the construction of capital construction facilities or maintenance of the facility at the operational stage;
- IT solution: information technologies that allow the introduction of new services, automate the processes of design, construction or maintenance of capital construction facilities.
4.3.7. The best interior design
- public space: an implemented design project of places for public use on a residential or non-residential property;
- apartment of up to 80 m2: realized design project of a separate room with a total area of up to 80 m2 in an apartment building or apartment complex, designed for human habitation;
- apartment with an area of 80 m2 or more: an implemented design project of a separate room with a total area of more than 80 m2 in an apartment building or apartment complex designed for human habitation.
- individual residential building: an implemented design project of a detached house with a height of up to 3 floors inclusive, designed for single-family living.
4.3.8. The best object of monumental architecture
- a building that has been put into operation, created with the aim of perpetuating historical events, prominent personalities, or significant cultural values. Such objects can include: monuments, memorial complexes, monuments, arches, steles, sculptural compositions and monumental fountains, as well as other architectural forms (with the exception of small architectural forms and elements of landscaping) that have artistic and social significance. They can be either independent structures or part of larger architectural ensembles.
4.4. The Organizers have the right to change and/or supplement the list, name and content of the Award nominations.
4.5. The Organizers have the right, by notifying the Applicant, to change the nomination in which the submitted Project participates, while the Applicant has the right to send objections to the Organizers against this change. In this case, the issue is submitted to the Expert Council for consideration. If the Applicant does not agree with the decision of the Expert Council to change the nomination, the Project is withdrawn from participation in the Bonuses.
5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
5.1. Registration of Applicants is carried out by filling out the Application Form on the website forum-100.ru on the Internet. The application form is located in the "Award" section.
5.2. The project submitted for participation in the Awards are uploaded by the Applicant when filling out the Application Form in the form of a graphic file in the format .pdf and text description.
5.3. Photos of the realized object are provided as graphic material. Visualizations (renderings) are not accepted for evaluation. With the exception of the nominations: "The best architectural solution is an object under construction", "The best constructive solution is an object under construction", "The best engineering solution is an object under construction", "The best BIM model", in which visualizations (renderings) can be used as graphic materials.
5.4. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided to the Organizer when filling out the Application Form.
5.5. By submitting an Application, the Applicant confirms that he has read these Regulations, agrees to its terms and undertakes to comply with them unconditionally, as well as bear all negative consequences in connection with their non-compliance.
6. TERMS OF THE AWARD
6.1. The Award is held from March 3 to October 3, 2025. (the completion date can be changed according to the dates of the 100+ TechnoBuild).
6.2. Stages of the Award:
6.2.1. March 3 — May 15, 2025 — acceptance of applications for participation;
6.2.2. May 16 — August 1, 2025 — the Organizers will select applications for compliance with the requirements of these Regulations, review applications by the Expert Council, and compile a list of nominees for The award (shortlist), the final list of nominees for consideration by the Jury;
6.2.3. July 15 — September 05, 2025 — the work of the Jury, the determination of the Award Winners;
6.2.4. September 30 — October 3, 2025 — award ceremony for the Winners of the Award within the framework of the 100+ TechnoBuild.
6.3. In the event of force majeure or other circumstances occurring during the Award period, which make it impossible to perform the actions specified in clause 6.2 of these Regulations, the Organizers have the right to change the terms and/or format of the Award or terminate its holding, about which Applicants are notified by e-mail to the addresses indicated they are used when filling out the Application Form. In the latter case, the Laureates are not determined and no awards are made.
7. PROJECT EVALUATION CRITERIA
7.1. The evaluation of Projects submitted by Applicants in determining the Laureates, in accordance with Section 8 of these Regulations, is carried out taking into account the following criteria:
7.1.1. The best architectural solution.
Residential building:
- architectural planning solution (functional planning and spatial planning solutions);
- architectural and artistic solution (three-dimensional solution, composition of facades, artistic image);
- innovative component in terms of architectural, engineering and technical solutions, materials, technologies, energy efficiency, ecology;
- socio-economic feasibility.
A unique non-residential building:
- architectural planning solution (functional planning and spatial planning solutions);
- architectural and artistic solution (three-dimensional solution, composition of facades, artistic image);
- innovative component in terms of architectural, engineering and technical solutions, materials, technologies, energy efficiency, ecology;
- socio-economic feasibility.
An object under construction:
- architectural planning solution (functional planning and spatial planning solutions);
- architectural and artistic solution (three-dimensional solution, composition of facades, artistic image);
- innovative component in terms of architectural, engineering and technical solutions, materials, technologies, energy efficiency, ecology;
- socio-economic feasibility.
The object of reconstruction:
- architectural and planning solution (efficiency of space adaptation, functional and spatial planning solution);
- architectural and artistic solution (three-dimensional solution, composition of facades, artistic image);
- preservation and reinterpretation of historical or cultural value;
- innovative approaches to reconstruction in terms of architectural, engineering and technical solutions, materials, technologies, energy efficiency, ecology;
- socio-economic feasibility.
7.1.2. The best engineering solution.
The commissioned facility:
- indicators of the facility's engineering and technical support;
- energy saving indicators;
- application of renewable energy sources;
- non-standard schematic ideas and innovative solutions.
An object under construction:
- indicators of the facility's engineering and technical support;
- energy saving indicators;
- application of renewable energy sources;
- non-standard schematic ideas and innovative solutions.
7.1.3. The best constructive solution.
Residential building:
- reliability and safety of horizontal and vertical building structures;
- the technical feasibility of using materials and technologies to create horizontal and vertical building structures;
- effective implementation of a complex architectural design;
- the economic efficiency of using a constructive solution.
Non-residential unique building:
- reliability and safety of horizontal and vertical building structures;
- the technical feasibility of using materials and technologies to create horizontal and vertical building structures;
- effective implementation of a complex architectural design;
- the economic efficiency of using a constructive solution.
An object under construction:
- reliability and safety of horizontal and vertical building structures;
- the technical feasibility of using materials and technologies to create horizontal and vertical building structures;
- effective implementation of a complex architectural design;
- economic efficiency of the constructive solution application.
7.1.4. The best BIM model of a building:
- compliance of the model with the design terms of reference (in terms of information modeling) or EIR;
- the complexity of the BIM model. A model with a large number of projected specializations in the model gets a higher score.;
- the number of scenarios used when working with the model (description of BIM USES);
- geometric correctness of the model — the presence or absence of collisions, duplication of objects, etc.
7.1.5. The best solution for creating a comfortable urban environment:
- the level of architectural and landscape identity of the territory;
- the level of elaboration of architectural and planning solutions;
- transport and pedestrian accessibility solutions;
- impact on the development of the territory;
- rationality, feasibility and operational suitability of the proposed solutions;
- accessibility and attractiveness for all population groups.
7.1.6. The best innovative development.
Materials:
- contributing to the reduction of construction time;
- improving the quality and safety of the facility;
- economic effect at the stages of construction and operation of the facility;
- the possibility of localization of production and/or construction;
- reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
Technologies:
- contributing to the reduction of construction time;
- improving the quality and safety of the facility;
- economic effect at the stages of construction and operation of the facility;
- the possibility of localization of production and/or construction;
- reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
An IT solution:
- contributing to the reduction of construction or design time;
- improving the quality and safety of the facility;
- economic effect at the stages of design, construction and operation of the facility;
- the possibility of localization of production and/or construction;
- reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
7.1.7. The best interior design (public space; apartment of up to 80 m2; apartment of over 80 m2; individual residential building):
- architectural planning solution (functional planning and spatial planning solutions);
- compositional and stylistic unity;
- design quality (including aesthetics of shapes, texture, finish, graphic communication, color and color options, materials, relevance of the target segment, ease of use, etc.);
- engineering quality (including functionality, ergonomics, ease of use, simplicity and efficiency of production, cost-effectiveness, technological accessibility, safety, resource intensity, sustainability, durability);
- the innovation of the design solution of the implemented project.
7.1.8. The best object of monumental architecture:
- architectural and artistic solution (expressiveness of the image, harmony of the three-dimensional composition, interaction with the environment);
- ideological and symbolic significance (depth of concept, cultural and historical significance, impact on public memory and identity);
- innovation and adaptability (application of modern materials, engineering solutions, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies);
- socio-economic feasibility.
7.2. The Organizers and the Jury do not justify to the Applicant the adoption of a decision on the evaluation of the Project submitted by the Applicant.
8. DECISION-MAKING PROCEDURE
8.1. Determination of the nominees for The award is carried out by the Expert Council by voting of the members of the Expert Council using remote access technologies. An in-person meeting of the Expert Council is not held.
The evaluation of projects in each nomination is carried out by a commission consisting of at least 5 members of the Expert Council, whose composition is formed by the Organizers.
8.2. The members of the Expert Council evaluate Applicants for compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 1.4 and Section 3 of these Regulations, as well as Applicants' applications for compliance with the requirements for the content of nominations established by paragraph 4.3 of these Regulations.
8.3. The members of the Expert Council have the right to recommend candidates for specialists and (or) creative teams for inclusion in the nominees. In this case, the Organizers contact the specified persons and invite them to apply for participation in the Awards as Applicants. In this case, the application may be submitted outside the time limit set by clause 6.2.1 of these Regulations, but not later than the completion of the selection of applications and the compilation of the list of nominees.
8.4. The Winners are determined from the list of nominees submitted by the Expert Council by voting of the Jury members using remote access technologies. There is no in-person meeting of the Jury.
8.5. The Organizers send the materials provided by the Applicants to the Jury members for study and decision-making. The members of the Jury make a decision by scoring each project according to the criteria specified in clause 7.1 of these Regulations.
8.6. The organizers reserve the right not to allow participation in the Awards (not allowed to be evaluated by the Jury) a project that has won the 100+ Awards in the same category in 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024.
8.7. If several Applicants receive the same final points based on the results of the Jury voting, the final decision on the choice of the Winner is made by the Organizers.
8.8. The Jury and the Organizers have the right to make a joint decision on awarding several Applicants in one nomination or not to award the title of Laureate in any nomination.
8.9. The Award ceremony will take place on the days of the 100+ TechnoBuild. The format of the ceremony is a solemn evening event.
The organizers send information about the date, time and place of the ceremony to the Nominees in advance by e-mail.
8.10. The format of awards and their characteristics are determined by the Organizers independently and cannot be changed at the request of third parties.
9. COPYRIGHT ISSUES
9.1. Applicants, submitting applications for participation in The Awards guarantee that, at the time of sending the application to the Organizer, they are the sole copyright holders of the exclusive rights to the relevant Projects and have all the necessary rights to use the Project as a result of intellectual activity in order to accept and comply with all the conditions of this Regulation without exception. An applicant who provides a co-authored Project, or a project of which he is not an author, or a Project to which exclusive rights belong in whole or in part to third parties for other reasons, is obliged to obtain in advance all necessary consents to provide the Project to the Organizers for the purposes of the Applicant's participation in the Award and ensure that agreements are reached with other copyright holders regarding the use (disposal) of the exclusive right to the component parts of the Project or the Project in full accordance with the terms of these Regulations.
At the request of the Organizer, the Applicant undertakes, within 5 calendar days, to provide written confirmation of his rights to use the Project, as well as the authority to dispose of these rights, accompanied by supporting documents, including the consent of third parties.
The applicant undertakes to independently and at his own expense settle all possible claims, claims, and claims of third parties in connection with the violation of the rights to The project as a result of intellectual activity.
If, as a result of the Applicant's non-compliance with the requirements of this paragraph, the rights of third parties are violated, as a result of which the Applicant If the Organizers incur losses, the Applicant is obliged to compensate such losses in full within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Organizer's request.
9.2. Applicants transfer to the Organizers the right to use the Projects provided by them under a simple (non-exclusive) license in any of the ways provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including by posting in the media and on the Internet, with the right to sublicense.
9.3. The use of the project by the Organizers is allowed on the territory of the whole world during the entire period of validity of the exclusive right to The project from the moment the Organizers are granted the right to use it, without paying royalties and providing reports. The right to use the Project is considered granted at the time of receipt by the Project Organizers in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 5.2 of these Regulations, and does not depend on the results of the evaluation of Projects during the Award.
