The house is 80 sq.m., developer Element Development, location Seudelniki Park. The layout is completely from the developer: a kitchen-living room, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a bathtub, a small office, a guest bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, a terrace.

Compositional and stylistic unity: There are many warm shades in the interior, as well as natural wood. Massive and "heavy" interior items (showcase, table, sofa) due to the light background and in combination with other elements of the living room do not look bulky, but rather create an accent in each area.

Design quality: This house was positioned as a holiday home or a "weekend home", but it is also quite suitable for permanent residence of future owners. The color accents are mainly dark wood of a noble shade. The designers took into account the location of the house relative to the sun and provided appropriate textiles — this resulted in diffused light in the bedroom, wooden blinds in the living room for the bright setting sun, and only light tulle in the northeast-facing study.

Quality of engineering: A modular sofa was installed in the living room, the modules of which can be moved among themselves, adapting to the required use case; the table unfolds. There is also a pull-out sofa in the study so that the room can be transformed into a guest room. The master bedroom has an unusual zoning - the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass partition, which allows you to create privacy if necessary, and at other times unites the space and creates beautiful light.

The innovation of the design solution of the implemented project: In this project, for the first time, the bureau implemented an unusual division of the bedroom and bathroom with a glass partition, as well as wooden blinds in the living room. The house turned out to be soulful, warm, and memorable.
