Compositional and stylistic unity: The interior is decorated in warm pastel colors with blue accents. The abundance of textiles and lighting scenarios makes the interior cozy and enveloping, but there is also some boldness and brutality in it.

Design quality: This house was positioned as a holiday home or a "weekend home", but it is also quite suitable for permanent residence of future owners. The whole house is made in the same color palette, which creates a complete picture. Tactile and pleasant materials are used in the decoration, either smooth and matte, or on the contrary rough and textured - in any case, you want to touch and examine them.

Quality of engineering: The house mainly uses materials that do not require much maintenance, which is especially important for a weekend home. The common areas have porcelain stoneware with underfloor heating, the bathrooms also have porcelain stoneware, while the bedrooms have laminate flooring with a wood texture.
