Initially, the developer had a studio apartment of about 33 sq.m. with a small bedroom, kitchen and hallway. The owner demolished the wall, turning the apartment into a studio, and got one rather large space in common. It was decided to make the kitchen linear so that there was enough space for a table; the bed was placed relative to the available sockets from the developer in essentially the same place where it was originally planned, and such a huge bed in such a small apartment does not look bulky; in the corner of the room they made a spacious glass dressing room to order.

Compositional and stylistic unity: The apartment is designed in neutral pastel / natural tones (the color of the walls, kitchen, bathroom), but it is the dark and deep shades of textiles and beds, and black accents that create the closeness of the room and, as it were, "envelop" a person, contribute to his relaxation.

Design quality: Despite its small size, the apartment was immediately positioned for rent by people with high incomes; after delivery to the customer, the apartment was rented in a short time for a record 90 thousand rubles / month — for a studio not in the center, this is a decent indicator. The apartment has many lighting scenarios, a curtained dressing room with the lights on creates the effect of another room with a window behind it. In real life and in the photo, the ceiling looks floating — this shadow skirting effect was achieved by using a black decorative plug for the stretch ceiling instead of a white one.

Quality of engineering: Despite the size of the apartment, we were able to provide many storage spaces (a dressing room with a compartment for storing oversized items, storage under the bed, upper kitchen cabinets in the color of the walls, a cabinet above the installation). We also managed to create many zones for different scenarios of life, including by zoning with light; in summer, a balcony is also added to these zones as a separate room with panoramic views.

The innovation of the design solution of the implemented project: An atypical project, but one that will be remembered for a long time: you can live as comfortably and with style as possible in a studio of 33 sq. m.
