SportHub Residential complex "Salarievo Park" | Legato Construction

The project, developed by Legato Construction in collaboration with the PIK Group of companies, is the first SportHub in New Moscow.

The SportHub in Salarievo Park is not just a sports ground, it is a multifunctional space that combines various sports and public areas. The basic concept of the project is based on the idea of gravity. We wanted to create a space that would inspire people to move, be active, and explore. Gravity, as the main force that we all struggle against in sports, has become a symbol of our SportHub.

The territory is located four kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kiev highway, which makes it accessible to residents of the city. The proximity to two metro stations, Salarievo and Filatov Luga, provides convenient access for everyone.

It is important to note that the PIK Group of companies has made a significant contribution to the implementation of this project. Thanks to their support and innovative approach, we were able to create a space that meets modern environmental and accessibility requirements.

SportHub includes several key areas:

1. Universal sports ground — designed for football, basketball and streetball games. The playground is equipped with a HARD surface and special fencing, which makes it safe and convenient for users of all ages. In winter, this playground turns into an ice rink for mass skating and hockey, which allows it to be operated all year round.
2. The pump track is a unique element of yard solutions, which is a specially designed track for cycling, scooters and roller skates. Pump tracks are not only interesting for children as an alternative to new play spaces, but also serve as a door to the world of big-time sports. The UCI competitions are comparable in importance to the Olympic Games.
3. The amphitheater is an ideal place to relax and watch the skaters.
4. Training areas include workout areas and fitness equipment that allow you to do both strength and cardio workouts.
5. The asphalt children's bowl is a small skating bowl designed for children and novice riders, which makes our SportHub accessible to the youngest visitors.
6. The volleyball court is a great place for outdoor activities with family and friends.

We paid special attention to the environmental friendliness and durability of our solutions. All the furniture in our SportHub is made of recycled plastic, which was produced using plastic bottles and lids. This approach in the construction and production of IAF allows us to preserve the environment and implement sustainable practices in our projects.
