The Attraction Park is a real gem of the Chelyabinsk region, which attracts not only locals, but also tourists from all over the country. Located in a picturesque area, the park is a unique combination of nature, architecture and art. Thanks to its creation and development, the territory of Magnitogorsk has become more attractive and comfortable to live in.

Attraction is one of the largest urban development projects in modern Russia. It is a year—round multifunctional park space with a complex of buildings with a total area of about 100 thousand square meters. The total area of the project area is 400 hectares.

The main buildings are grouped along the "boulevard axis", parallel to the main entrance street of Sovetskaya. Various functional areas are associated with these central elements. Short driving routes and easy orientation in the park and on the boulevard are the key points of the project. The boulevard is raised several meters above street level to increase its visibility towards the city, as well as provide a panoramic view.

The main connecting element of the entire park is the "activity rings". They form a link between the park and the boulevard and various areas inside it: a central children's playground, a children's playground near the view hill, an aquatic children's playground, a recreation area, a roller skating rink and an ice rink, a mini golf course, a maze garden, a theme garden, recreation areas with shade canopies, gazebos, a picnic area, a rope park, a land art ring, a ring of experience, a path of human feelings, a ring of adventures.

Accessibility and attractiveness for all groups of the population is due to the multitude of locations and a huge number of functions, which, in turn, makes the Attraction Park unique not only for Magnitogorsk and The Urals, but also for the whole country.

In 2022, the facilities of the first stage of the Attraction were opened — the central entrance group with a boulevard, an information center, a food mall, a playground and a roller park.

As part of the opening of the second stage in July 2023, the park's territory has increased by more than 100 hectares, with rich thematic locations and venues. A panoramic hill with a height of 40 m has appeared here. This is a unique engineering structure because it is filled with slag, a by-product of metal production. As part of the design, strength tests of the slag were performed, on the basis of which hill stability calculations were performed. On the hill there are: a ski lift, an all-season ski run and tubing slopes, an observation deck, a zip line, and a mountain bike trail.

In the eastern part of the park there are flower terraces, grids and rows of trees and large lawns. In the western part there are natural wild woodlands, as well as numerous lawns, a flower meadow, a garden of fruit trees, a birch grove, and an alley of willow trees.

Various pavilions are located throughout the territory: food court kiosks, indoor recreation pavilions, toilet modules, rental points and many small architectural forms.

The main objects of the Attraction Park's event and composition center are centered around a large artificial lake. It consists of two reservoirs, the upper and the lower, and a multi—level cascade is formed between them. The total area of the lake is 15 hectares, with adjacent embankments, the maximum depth is about 6 meters. It is a natural body of water that creates an ecosystem and is used for various activities throughout the seasons.

One of the points of attraction on the reservoir is a large 400—meter-long view bridge. In the dark, the lighting and construction of the bridge creates the effect of a ribbon hovering over the water surface, and during the day it serves as a viewing platform from which the locations of the territory are visible in the palm of your hand. The urban resort features a boat station and a beach, a picnic island, an ecological trail, and a floating stage with an open—air amphitheater.

Another element of the second stage of the Attraction is a sports complex, which will include mini—football fields, volleyball and basketball courts, tennis courts, a minigolf field and a special sports and training area for dogs.

The network of bicycle and pedestrian paths in the park has increased by 40 kilometers. To the existing playgrounds, unique to Magnitogorsk, an aquatic playground has been added, which is equipped with water supply equipment, and a large playground "Adventure Park".

It is also planned to open a zipline (or trolls) — a metal cable with a length of 440 meters, along which it will be possible to make a high-speed descent.

Thanks to the Attraction Park, the Chelyabinsk region has found a new space for self-development and recreation. It has become a place where everyone can find something to their liking and enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding us. It is not surprising that the park has become a real symbol of the city and a place where you want to return again and again.
