Bolshaya koltsevaya liniya – Moscow megaproject | Mosinzhproekt JSC
The Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line is the largest project of the domestic and global metro construction. The length of the line is 70 km with 31 stations and 3 electric depots. The metro is one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transport. With BKL, travel savings are up to 45 minutes, which is a significant advantage over a personal car. One of the prerequisites for the launch of BKL was the task of increasing connectivity in Moscow's districts and eliminating the need to travel through the city center. The construction of the BCL began in 2011. A tunnel tunnel management center was created specifically for the construction. Several sections of tunnels have been built under major metropolitan reservoirs.
All the territories adjacent to the BCL stations have been landscaped, and residents have received comfortable public spaces.
Object input results:
- Provision of 23 new transfers to other metro lines (taking into account prospective ones), 3 to the MCC, 21 to the MCC and railway stations;
- Unloading of all radial subway lines;
- Improving the level of transport services for 3.3 million people from 34 districts of the city;
- Improving the environmental situation in the districts by reducing the number of ground vehicles.
During the construction of a number of stations, elements of information modeling technologies were used for the first time.
