STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS OF THE BUILDING FRAME

The structural system of the building is frame-wall and communication. The frame is formed by a system of vertical elements — columns, walls and cores of rigidity, which act as staircases and elevator shafts, vertical connections and horizontal disks — floor slabs. Vertical connections are inclined columns with a cross-section, like vertical columns.

Spatial rigidity in the area of the nine-storey part is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing structures of floors, reinforced concrete columns and pylons, vertical cores of rigidity (bearing reinforced concrete walls of stairwells and elevator shafts) and a system of vertical connections located below the level of the tenth floor.

Spatial rigidity in the area of the eighteen-storey building is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing structures of floors, reinforced concrete columns and pylons, vertical cores of rigidity (bearing reinforced concrete walls of stairwells and elevator shafts).

The structures of the complex are designed:

  1. Reinforced concrete section.
  2. Steel-reinforced concrete section.
  3. Steel section.

Since the construction of the complex is carried out in four stages, the docking of each subsequent to the previous one is carried out by cantilevered abutment, or by leaning on short consoles of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs coming out of the walls, or slabs of adjacent construction stages.

MATERIALS OF THE MAIN SUPPORTING ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING

The material of all reinforced concrete structures is concrete B40, B60, B80.

Metal structures are designed from steel C345, C355 according to GOST 27772-88. The reinforcement of the elements of the supporting structures is accepted as class A500C and A240 according to GOST 34028- 2016.

The connection of the reinforcing rods is "overlapping". When connecting large-diameter rods of vertical reinforcement of columns and pylons, it is possible to use crimping or threaded couplings.
