The plant for the production of basalt fiber reinforcement is designed taking into account the basic requirements of modern trends. A full production cycle ensures uninterrupted operation and minimizes possible risks. The plant's space is divided into special zones and includes: a raw materials warehouse, basalt smelting and basalt thread extraction areas, rebar weaving, cutting and storage of finished products, as well as an administrative building for senior staff. When designing the exterior of the buildings, the architectural and color stylistics of industrial buildings in the Emirate of El Fujairah were taken into account. The planning of the internal space of the production and administrative premises was carried out taking into account the functional purpose of the premises, the staffing table, as well as taking into account the requirements for fire safety and ergonomics.

The total area of the buildings is 7610 m2.

The uniqueness of the engineering solution:

The project uses energy—saving technologies - an absorption bromistolithium refrigerating machine (chiller). The installation uses waste heat in the form of exhaust gases from gas piston units (GPUs), turbines (GTU), flue gases from technological processes

Due to the absorption technology, the cost of air conditioning is significantly reduced, since ABHM does not consume electricity. A single ABHM with separate generators makes it possible to utilize the heat of several engines.
