Event-4 residential complex | GORPROEKT
Russia's first house with sky bridges
The new quarter "Event-4" is a vertical "city of the future" with multi—level public spaces: bridges at the level of 26-28 floors and a park at a height of 172 m in the west of Moscow.
The creator of the project is the chief architect of the city project, Philip Nikandrov, the author of the Evolution tower in Moscow City and the Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg.
The "Events" style is minimalism, clean and effectively drawn lines of snow—white shells. Their interweaving creates a futuristic prototype of vertical cities of the future with skyparks and sky bridges: a large-scale and multidimensional space for living at altitude with unprecedented view characteristics. Residents will enjoy unique circular panoramas of the city: Moscow City, the Moscow State University building, Poklonnaya Gora and the surrounding parks.
The skyscrapers of the "Event" set a new lifestyle. Bridges and the park "in the sky" will become a unique place for recreation, work and sports: there will be walking and running tracks, exercise equipment, green lounge areas with mobile furniture and much more. The rooftop park and bridges will be private, and you can visit them all year round.
The state-of-the-art lobby with five-meter ceilings is designed as a multifunctional space: there is a coworking space, a lounge area, a kids' club and a game area for teenagers, digital mailboxes.
As part of the high-rise urban development complex, it is expected to be implemented:
- three residential towers (52 floors high each)
- an integrated preschool with 100 places
- built-in non-residential service functions (retail, catering, fitness, etc.) on the ground floors
- underground parking on three levels below the existing ground level.
Additional recreational spaces for the residential complex are 4 well-maintained mid-level sky bridges and a skypark on the roof of two towers connected by two bridges. In addition to a running track on the operated roof of two towers, the skypark includes landscaping in tubs, small forms, outdoor furniture and even a shallow summer pool for preschool children.
