The Ostrov -2 business class quarter is located in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district, on the border of a forest park in the Northwestern Administrative District of Moscow. The residential complex consists of six residential buildings with a height of up to 82.50 m on a single stylobate for each group.

The composition of five meridian-type plate towers and one corner two-section tower visually fixes the intersection of streets with a bright accent and forms a single group.

This arrangement minimizes mutual shading and provides the most vivid views of the surrounding landscape, towards the Mnevnikovsky Arboretum and the floodplain of the Moskva River.

The concept

The architectural solution of the facades of the residential complex buildings is presented in a modern futuristic minimalist style with individual architectural elements.

The bionic architecture of the houses and the panoramic glazing of the facades, the futuristic elements of their decoration — all give rise to the feeling that the buildings are directed upward and, at the same time, into the future. The quarter vividly embodies the two most important ideas of the Island — environmental friendliness and innovation.

The enclosed and spacious courtyard was created as a model of the natural world, with its hills, landscaped terraces and trails, and a wide variety of trees and shrubs. There is even its own stream, which in summer gives coolness to adults and joy to children, and in winter turns into an ice rink.

Superior apartments with their own walking terraces are located on the upper floors of residential buildings.

The combination of steel, glass, aluminum and porcelain stoneware creates a fantastic space where each element looks like an art object. Soft waiting areas and private corners for socializing, rooms for strollers and washing pets' paws, elevator halls and navigation — the futuristic design here perfectly combines with comfort.
