Park of Capitals Residential ecosystem: Atlas Development flagship project in the new center of Yekaterinburg

The Park of Capitals is located in the Moskovskaya — Shchors — Aivazovsky — Tsiolkovsky streets block. Two sections of the project are already rising here under the names "London" and "Milan", "Hong Kong" and "Tokyo" have recently been commissioned, and two more — "Dubai" and "Barcelona" - are actively under construction. There will be ten of them in total, and they will be united by a pedestrian gallery with various establishments and a 2-hectare courtyard park with its own pond.

The complex provides for the infrastructure of the whole city, the developer is divided. For several years Atlas Development has been developing a unique housing standard, the Residential Ecosystem, in Yekaterinburg. Conceptual architecture, an all-in-one infrastructure, a space for a healthy lifestyle, courtyards for different ages, a smart home system, services for people and a high level of security are the main components of the Residential Ecosystem concept.

Each house in the Park of Capitals was named after a world-famous city that has contributed to the development of the world. According to Atlas Development, the architectural concept involves intertwining the style of the city, after which the house is named, with functionality and comfort. There are two houses in each queue of the residential ecosystem, and on the ground floor there is a common lobby with a waiting area where you can hold a meeting or wait for a taxi. A pedestrian gallery will pass through the second floor of all the towers. It will open all the services necessary for a comfortable life: cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies and beauty salons. Residents of the residential ecosystem do not need to go outside to have coffee with friends or take their child to a developmental center.

Yekaterinburg is considered the capital of constructivism, but the city has not seen new projects in this style for a long time. Realizing this, the authors maintained the architecture of the Park of Capitals project in the style of "modern constructivism" so that the residents of Yekaterinburg could rediscover it for themselves.

"If we talk about architecture, the advantage is that there were no historically significant structures here that needed to be preserved," says architect Boris Demidov about the project. — Therefore, we could fully show the high-rise architecture: nothing is obscured, not obscured, historical monuments are not closed. The block, despite the fact that it is located among highways, is closed and comfortable: it is fenced off from noisy roads by 2-3-storey buildings, continuous buildings. And when you're inside, you don't feel the powerful movement outside. We can give such an example: Manhattan in New York - inside a colossal development of high—rise buildings, a piece of nature is suddenly located — Central Park. The Park of Capitals is Manhattan in miniature."

Residents of the Park of Capitals will receive apartments with comfortable layouts, high ceilings and warm balconies, there are options with terraces and duplex apartments. The residential ecosystem has its own underground parking for 900 cars. You can take the elevator down from the apartment or lobby. Inside the parking lot there is an author's entrance group, which is decorated in accordance with the latest design trends. In addition, there will be lockers — special storerooms where seasonal items can be stored.

The courtyard is another feature of the residential complex. Leading European and Russian architectural bureaus participated in the creation of the space. There will be playgrounds for children and sports, running and cycling tracks, author's recreation areas and gazebos where you can read a book. A kind of dominant courtyard space will be its own pond with a width of more than 12 meters and a stream. In fact, the courtyard is a full—fledged park with an area of 2 hectares.

Special attention is paid to security in the Park of Capitals. A neural network is responsible for it in homes, which monitors alarming events. 24-hour video surveillance is monitored by the administrator and security staff. Access to the territory of the quarter can be carried out using a branded key, as well as using BLE and Face ID systems. This is not the end of smart home services in the residential ecosystem. Smart utility meters and leak monitoring sensors will be installed in each apartment by default. And it will be possible to manage the smart home system through the developer's own mobile application, Atlas.Service.
