Aivazovsky City | ENKO
Aivazovsky City is a residential complex located in one of the most picturesque corners of Tyumen, surrounded by two lakes, Alabashevsky and Krugly. It is a unique project that combines the elegance and functionality of modern architecture.
The houses in Aivazovsky City represent the embodiment of modern architectural thought, harmoniously integrated into the urban landscape and possessing a number of unique features. The architectural design of our houses is based on the principles of modern style, taking into account all the requirements for residential complexes. The successful combination of shapes, lines and colors creates visual appeal and at the same time preserves functionality and comfort for future residents.
The main feature of Aivazovsky City is its attention to architecture. In their concept, the architects focus on the idea of creating an independent city, not only to provide the necessary infrastructure, but also to visually perceive the architecture of buildings, artificially creating the impression that the territory was built in different time periods due to the variety of volumes, shapes, materials and styles.
The difference is the basis of the concept. It follows the trend of creating a diverse environment with an imaginary history that has been popular over the past decades: houses and entire neighborhoods are now popular to build either so that the "hands" of different architects are visible, or also as if they were formed gradually.
The authors declare several "styles", starting from "classicism", in which two small 4-storey buildings are solved, both with non-residential function. Offices and a medical center are planned to be located in them, which should remind of the buildings of old Tyumen (in general, they look like a hybrid of Empire and neo-Empire). The "English style" fit next to it, definitely designed to echo the tastes of modern Tyumen customers who like to travel to London, and the "eclecticism" of the American kind, with large semicircular fluted columns. As well as Stalinist architecture, which is "loyal" to the Moscow theme, but which nevertheless received the name "totalitarian" in the list.
