The 4YOU residential ecosystem consists of four houses of variable storeys located in the new center of Yekaterinburg — the area of the "new bus station". The first complex in Comfort-class Russia with the infrastructure of an entire city and a new generation courtyard. The combination of sophisticated architectural style, elegant surrounding landscape, private courtyard, security and modern technology creates a symphony of comfort.

The 4th section of the ecosystem is the only family—sized house in Yekaterinburg. It consists of forty 3-room apartments, with an enlarged wheelchair, a kindergarten right in the house, and a unique system of warm water floors that provide uniform radiant heat throughout the apartment, which means no drafts.

The unique architecture of the combined facade will preserve the modern appearance of the house for many years to come. The architectural solutions of the complex are the embodiment of the Canadian style, combining the lightness of modern European architecture and the technological sophistication of a region with a cold climate. The facades of the buildings are made of wet plaster combined with a ventilated facade. The gallery and courtyard facades of the complex are decorated with clinker tiles — this is an environmentally friendly and durable solution. The color scheme, saturation of the facades and details of the three-dimensional structure differ for all 4YOU buildings, which emphasizes the rhythm of the facade line and allows the complex to harmoniously fit into the existing architectural ensemble.

The interiors were built on the continuation of the 4YOU corporate identity. The color orange was chosen in the branding of the house. According to research by scientists, this is probably the only color that evokes positive emotions in most people. Large-format ceramic granite in the "terrazzo" style is used in the decoration of houses in two shades of light beige and gray. The main pattern in the decoration is the sloping lines forming the number 4, which are broadcast from the lobby to all the overlying floors.

This pattern is present in decorative elements: dividers, navigation, rustics on the panels of apartment doors.
