NEBOPLAZA is a new-generation Class A business center in the center of Yekaterinburg. The building was built according to international standards using the principles of "green building", is equipped with intelligent life support systems and has a well-thought-out infrastructure. The concept is based on comfort and safety through environmental friendliness, technology and a competent management approach.

On an area of 30,000 square meters, everything is provided: from climate control and flexible planning solutions to recreational areas, public spaces and panoramotherapy. The business center has 20 floors (floors 2-5 — Parking for 220 m/places, floors 6-20 — offices).

In December 2022, Beber opened Russia's first technohub at the site of the NEBOPLAZA Business Center. Digital products are being created here for the whole country. The building has already been dubbed an "Office paradise for IT specialists."

In 2023, the NEBOPLAZA Business Center received the gold certificate of the GREEN ZOOM standard, marking the most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient projects in Of Russia. Experts estimated the energy efficiency of the building at 46%, water efficiency at 54%, and reduction of greenhouse emissions at 812 tons per year.

Thanks to ergonomic interior solutions and biophilic design, the facility was included in the almanac "100 best facilities in Russia" 2020-2023.

Engineering and Security

The high safety of the facility and its residents is ensured by the ESMI fire safety system from Schneider Electric, an intelligent access control system, automatic smoke extraction and lightning protection.
Access to the building is possible from a mobile device, using a QR code or using a separate magnetic key.
A barrier-free environment, security zones, separate parking spaces and restrooms are provided for low-mobility groups of the population.
The high quality of the indoor air is ensured by equipping the supply and exhaust air units with filters of the F7 purification class, as well as by supplying fresh air to the offices using air presence and pollution sensors. You can control the air parameters zonally using the app on your smartphone.

Energy efficiency indicators

The energy center, located on the top floor, ensures the autonomy of the building's heat and cold supply. Absorption refrigerating machines have been installed to minimize peak electrical load and reduce air conditioning costs.
The athermal glass of the SCHÜCO facade system does not allow infrared radiation to enter the room, which saves on cold supply during hot periods of time, and protects against noise.
The SWEGON GOLD climate system reduces the consumption of energy and material resources by up to 35%.
Thermoregulators are installed for heating devices, allowing employees to adjust and maintain the temperature in the rooms according to individual preferences. In this regard, the overspending of thermal energy for heating is excluded.
During the off-season, when the load on the refrigeration units is low, a fracking system is used instead of the main source of cold, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the building.
The high level of natural illumination of NEBOPLAZA allows you to turn on artificial light sources less often. At the same time, energy-saving light sources are used for artificial lighting.

Offices for life

All conditions have been created in NEBOPLAZA for the most productive and comfortable activities of residents:

There are relaxation areas on each floor, including massage capsules. As well as coffee points with filtered drinking water from the tap, vending machines.
The building has 5 cafes and restaurants, a fitness center for residents, a medical office, and 2 outdoor green terraces equipped with modern MAFS.
Biodegradable containers for sorting household waste are a mandatory attribute in the offices of the building.
There are 35 to 70 pieces of green plants on each floor. Additional plantings have been planted on the territory of the business center. In addition to aesthetics, green plants filter the air from harmful substances and allergens, and also contribute to the psychological well-being of employees.

The parking lot has separate spaces for eco-friendly modes of transport, as well as charging stations for electric scooters.
