But this is exactly what you need — the unhurried rhythm of the narration takes away thoughts, and the enveloping interior calms the body.

In the new offices, we create exactly the kind of interior that harks back to a time when people and human communication were the main value. Why exactly by that time in the design? Because these values are eternal and true, this is not a fashionable trend, but the deep desire of every person who is tired of the inexorably accelerating world, information capturing our consciousness, clickbaits forcing us to click on the links of headlines, the flow of people and cars in the city. The second important part of office interiors is the use of natural materials, as this not only expresses the first, main component to a greater extent, but also corresponds to our commitment to caring for nature, reasonable consumption, principles of conscientious attitude towards customers and employees who spend a lot of time at work, and we try to make their working days such as pleasant as a short stay in the office of clients.

In choosing the design direction, which, by the way, is reflected not only in the new client offices, but also in the internal offices of the company, we proceeded from the principles of comfort for each person, regardless of his role in the team or the amount of money, rather than research patterns of consumer behavior or other market research.

To create the concept of offices, a working group was created, consisting mainly of cultural, art, and design figures, and only then, having formed this evolutionary design, having felt in it the sentiments that we were looking for, only after that we invited bank employees to integrate banking tasks without losing primary qualities. To transfer or pay an invoice, more and more people do not go to the bank, but to their mobile application, and the role of the bank as a place is being transformed. Someone may think that this means that the bank should look like a phone with a bunch of screens, but we, on the contrary, firmly believe that we need to remove all screens and give customers a place to feel that they are people and can come talk to people as lively and sympathetic as themselves. Ask for advice, listen to a recommendation from a personal consultant, or maybe just drink a cup of fragrant coffee from a professional barista in an interior that evokes pleasant memories: someone from their own memory, and someone from the films of Anderson, Allen, Gaidai.
