White minimalism in a family apartment: 67 sq. m. m of functionalism and thoughtful lighting.

The apartment project was created for a young family of three people. The main wish of the customers is to create a modern space beyond time; to turn a two—room apartment into a three-room apartment with separate bedrooms. The goal of the project was to use the entire space functionally, create proper zoning, while inhaling a lot of air and light.

We minimized the number of colors so that the planes do not stand out from the overall ensemble, but visually enlarge the space. Therefore, the main colors of the project were white, wood color and gray.

As a result of the renovation, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen-living room has become a key area in the interior. The kitchen has a standard block of lower and upper bases, a column and an area with a dining table. The microwave, oven and refrigerator are located in a column cabinet that separates the space from the hallway area.

The focus of the project was the lighting solution — the rejection of point light. The choice fell on a linear LED light controlled by remote controllers, which in turn perfectly emphasized all the planes of the interior. In the center of the living room there is a modular sofa made of white leather, which allows you to play various leisure scenarios. We have separated the private area of one of the bedrooms with a glass partition, thus preserving the maximum amount of natural light.

This project turned out to be architectural, there is nothing superfluous here. As much as the solutions seem simple, they were difficult to execute. The result is 99% of our team's vision.

The design and repair work was carried out on a turnkey basis by the ARCHJOINT team.
