Architectural and planning solutions
The interior in a modern style with bright accents involves the use of decor that contrasts with the main range of the interior. Such bright spots make the interior more "lively" and warm. The combined living room and kitchen create a sense of wholeness and unity. The dining area is located on the loggia, which allows you to enjoy the view from the window when eating. Partitions in the ceiling create a feeling of air and expand the space.
Functional solutions
The idea of a modern interior primarily consists of the needs and functionality of each detail. The modern style is characterized by functionality, thoughtful zoning, and each piece of furniture supports the concept of different functional zones. The essence of a modern interior is that it should last a long time, not
annoying.
The apartment is designed for three people and the reception of guests and grandchildren, this is taken into account in the layout. The private area of the apartment owners with a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom is separated from the common area with a living room, a dining room, an entrance hall and a guest bathroom.
Functionally, the interior is divided into the following zones.
- Wet: bathroom, kitchen;
- Living rooms: living room, bedroom;
- transitional (buffer) rooms: entrance hall, loggia.
Technological solutions
The developer provided two glazed loggias in the apartment, one in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom. Our layout provides for combining the kitchen loggia with the main room and turning it into a bright dining room with a view of the courtyard.
The space of the corridor that led to the kitchen was optimized by expanding the bathroom. Wet areas can be expanded due to the space of the corridors, so the small guest bathroom was able to accommodate a washing machine, storage space for household equipment, a full-fledged washbasin, shower and toilet.
The apartment uses LED lighting, made using LED strips hidden in niches. The soft, diffused light from LED strips can be left on all night as a night light. Pass-through switches are also used at the facility, which increases the comfort of the apartment, as it allows you to turn on the lights from different places in the apartment.

Visual noise is one of the most significant stress factors. To make the interior a place to relax, we used a technique in which a calm background serves as a place to place bright accents.
When designing lighting, which also affects the perception of color in the interior, we strive for the light to be reflected, that is, we direct the source to the surface, which, in turn, reflects the rays and gives them a new shade. However, we also wanted to use lighting as an art object, so the project featured unusual shaped fixtures. Of the existing variety of devices in
in a modern style, we selected the lamps based on the needs.: overhead flood light, local reading light, accent light, thus the model of various scenarios is realized.
Our team appreciates art very much. That's why we paint pictures in our interiors. It is very important for us which painting will hang in the interior when clients move into an apartment or house and enjoy the atmosphere. In our opinion, it is the paintings that complete the image and create the most unique atmosphere.
