The apartment project in the Champion Park residential complex is very special thanks to the customers who contacted us.

When we were planning the project, it was a young family with one child, but with big plans for family expansion and an incredibly vibrant, eventful life.

We were given an unusual task: to create an interior that will give a comfortable life regardless of the number of family members and will take into account the numerous interests of everyone.

Initially, we had a four-room apartment, but its layout did not allow us to accommodate all the necessary functional areas, so it was decided to combine several rooms together to get a spacious master bedroom and a large-scale dressing room adjacent to it, to make a large full-fledged children's room with a dressing room, where later customers will be able to put extra beds and organize a work area.

In addition, we organized a large kitchen-living room for receiving guests, a spacious wardrobe for outerwear in the hallway, a large utility cabinet for household utensils, and we were able to hide a washing machine and dryer in a niche in one of the bathrooms.

Stylistically, we needed to build on the customer's references. Their desire was to see a modern interior with small elements of classics. The interior was supposed to be fresh, cozy, and made in a fairly neutral range with delicate color nuances. We used brass elements as a binding element in each room, and thanks to this we got the desired effect of high cost and gloss.

In this interior, we have made friends with details from different eras: track lights and moldings, minimalistic furniture shapes and the luxury of finishing and decor elements.

The kitchen-living room has become incredibly bright and solemn.

The bright facades of the kitchen and the glossy apron take the imagination to the snow-white cliffs on the Cote d'Azur, where customers have visited more than once.

In order for the apartment owners to receive numerous guests, a large table for six people with a countertop made of artificial stone and a spectacular base became the center of the dining area. He is surrounded by six comfortable chairs. The overall dining arrangement takes up quite a lot of space, but it remains light and does not clutter up the space.

In the recreation area there is a large modular sofa with a smooth shape, it is ideal for receiving guests for a cocktail, and for a cozy evening spent with the whole family. An unusual highlight in this space is a custom-made chandelier. Its unusual shape suggested the creation of a separate niche when installing the ceiling in order to integrate lighting there and the cascade shone beautifully in the evening.

The master bedroom has a special comfort: the soft wall panels at the head of the bed are pulled right up to the ceiling and complemented with brass inserts.

Carefully selected chandeliers and pendant lights above the bedside tables look spectacular both during the daytime as art elements and in the evening, fulfilling their direct functions.

The nursery in this project is a separate universe. It's a rare case when you manage not to skimp on color. A panel on the wall with a fabulous storyline will set children's imagination flying, a sports corner for games will help release energy and have fun, and, of course, a recreation area — a two-story bed where you can gain strength and retire to your own house. This space can be easily transformed when customers need it.

Our customers will become parents for the fourth time and continue to live in the apartment implemented according to our project. This is a very important indicator that we have successfully managed to implement all the tasks set and create a space where every adult and child will feel comfortable.

It is worth noting that partly due to the customers, their ability to easily make decisions and trust specialists, the result exceeded all expectations.
