Izumrudny Bor residential complex. Implementation of a 42 sq.m. studio apartment project for a young man with temporary residence.

When developing the design, the architectural solutions of the Izumrudny Bor residential complex itself, the design of halls and common areas were taken into account. We wanted to achieve harmony between the inner and the outer, and we succeeded. Upon entering the apartment, a magnificent view from the window to the pine forest is accompanied by the smell of natural wood, aesthetics and at the same time simplicity and harmony of the interior.

The project uses modern architectural solutions: a floating ceiling, a flush-mounted skirting board, lighting design, modern technological materials, and also implemented the management of the house through the application. Ninety percent of the furniture was made in local factories and industries.

Colors, textures, and materials were selected in the most natural shades possible, because it is in nature that we draw inspiration, fill ourselves with resources and energy.
