Clever Park | BLOK STUDIO
1. Planning solution
We have changed only two things from the developer's layout.
We combined the loggia with the living room and moved the entrance to the bedroom from the hallway to the living room. This allowed us to create a small laundry room and visually combine the kitchen-living room with the bedroom, which, combined with the panoramic windows, gave us a greater sense of spaciousness, despite the small size of the apartment.
2. Stylistic decision
Our customer likes two trends — minimalism and vintage items.
To preserve the feeling of cleanliness and spaciousness, the solution was chosen to make all storage systems in the ceiling and minimize horizontal surfaces. Even in the kitchen, if you pay attention to the apron, there is a sliding structure behind which dishes, a kettle, a coffee grinder and other items are hidden. Thanks to this solution, the countertop always remains clean and nothing interferes with cooking.
3. Color palette
The whole apartment is made in black and white with bright accents — curtains.
Finishing and built-in furniture is a kind of canvas for other things.
Perhaps many people will find this color combination not very cozy and homely. However, in this case, lighting plays a strong role here.
The apartment has a lot of LED lighting and fixtures that provide warm diffused light. They create an enveloping atmosphere of comfort.
4. Accents
The highlight of this interior, of course, are vintage items. There are not many of them at the moment, but the collection will be replenished.
The table deserves special attention. He is about 120 years old. We restored it, but the materials remained native.
Another interesting item in this interior is the Soviet Kosmos lamp completely in chrome finish. This is a rare type of such lamp, they were usually produced with colored bases. They found him on Avito in Moscow.
Handmade lamps hang on the sides of the bed. In the dark, they create incredible beauty in the bedroom with their magical pattern of light. We found them in a vintage store in Krasnodar — the author is unknown.
The task was also to fit into a small budget without losing the quality and appearance of the interior. To do this, we used an interesting and affordable interior solution — curtains to separate the wardrobe, laundry room and bedroom. This is a cool technique that can also become a bright accent, as is the case with this interior.
