The ZNAK residential complex implements the concept of a "15-minute city": all important objects for life are located within walking distance. A school, kindergarten, cafe, grocery store and parks are nearby. All courtyards of the residential complex are "without cars", all parking lots are located outside the courtyard area. The heart of the residential complex is the central square with its own shopping gallery and well—maintained public areas. The first segment of the central square has already been implemented — a game city in the form of a DNA molecule.

The DNA Molecule playground consists of two intertwined metal bands that encircle the entire playground.

The recognizable, unobtrusive image made the Molecule an art object, but the authors also retained its functional component - a structure with swings, a climbing wall, a slide, climbing walls, rope tunnels, and hammocks. Game elements are aimed at developing the child's brain through a variety of movements during the game. The complex is located on artificially created hills, which create even more interesting opportunities for games, and in front of them is a huge sandy lake.

The 465 m2 playground includes: 1 playground complex with a slide and swings, 1 large sandbox, shock-absorbing coating, landscape elements.

The playground was designed by the famous Russian architectural firm Leapfrog, which specializes in creating natural play areas in urban spaces. What is the special feature of such a platform? It is made of natural materials and gives small townspeople the opportunity to interact with nature — wood, stone, grass and sand.

The playground does not have a specific image, its shapes are very mysterious and unpredictable. Together with the landscape, it creates an ideal space for free play. This attracts children and gives them the opportunity to invent game scenarios for themselves: team up with other children, catch up, hide, and search for "treasures.".. It has already been noticed that children adore such spaces and are happy to spend much more time on them than on ordinary standard playgrounds.

Making cakes, building sand castles with underground passages and labyrinths, experimenting with sand, and just lying down and looking at the sky, looking at the clouds and fantasizing about what they look like is easy for young residents of the "City of the Future ZNAK"! There is a large sandy beach with crystal white sand for this purpose.

When designing the playground, they did not forget about adults. There are comfortable wooden benches and unusual boulders glowing in the dark in special recreational areas. Here you can relax while watching the children play.

The playground is covered with injury—proof wood chips, and the paths are made of white pebbles.

Slides and rope mazes, ordinary swings and nest swings, bungee rides and ladders are a real amusement park where you can not only have fun playing, but also develop, learn to think and experiment.

Such a playground is a center of attraction not only for toddlers, but also for older children.
