The residential complex "Makarovsky" is a unique project, thanks to which the industrial area in the historical center of the city has turned into a modern residential area with premium infrastructure, and cultural heritage sites — the Simanovskaya mill and the laboratory building — have received a second life. UMMC-Builder preserved them, restored them and integrated them into the space of the residential complex, filling them with new content.

The residential complex consists of business and elite class houses with heights from 9 to 29 floors. In this project, UMMC-Builder applied its best architectural, engineering and planning solutions. Thanks to this, for several years, construction industry experts have recognized the Makarovsky residential complex as the best residential complex in Russia following the results of the federal urban planning competition "TOP Residential complex".

Cafes and restaurants are located on the territory of the complex, among them the Bolshoy Gruzinsky, which was awarded the national award "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business — 2022". Residents and guests can enjoy a premium fitness club with a World Class swimming pool and SPA of the federal giant, two kindergartens, and the modern UMMC-Zdorovye medical center.

Apartments with large panoramic windows and high ceilings can accommodate any scenario in the residents' lives. A modern format of living rooms is provided — a master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room. For comfort, spacious kitchens and living rooms have been implemented, where you can place a cooking area, a refectory and a soft relaxation area.

The developer has provided everything that is necessary for a full life. Engineering systems will allow you to regulate the temperature in the apartment at any time of the year, drink clean water and breathe in fresh air.

Panoramic windows with stylish wood lamination will provide high noise and thermal insulation. You can leave your bike or stroller in a special storage room. Access to it is carried out using the resident's chip cards. The pet bike room has a shower with a water temperature control system and a dispenser with paper towels.

The courtyard area of the residential area is closed from cars. Eco-friendly children's play complexes made of natural larch with gazebos and sun beds, a workout area and walking paths are provided for young residents. The playground is covered with real sea pebbles, which not only ensures safety, but also helps to develop fine motor skills during the game.

The entire territory of the quarter is equipped with a multi-stage security system with video surveillance without "blind spots" and a 24-hour monitoring service.

It should be noted that the construction of the legendary residential complex will be completed at the end of 2024.
