The building was built next to the existing sports grounds.

A cascade of two terraces is arranged under the teardrop-shaped shell. There are swimming pools on the lower floor, and basketball and mini—football halls on the upper floor. Illuminated by overhead light, these levels form a single sports forum in an undivided dome space.

The outline of the roof is drawn taking into account the possible flight paths of a basketball. The pattern of triangular windows in the shell roof thickens in the pool area. From the freshwater pool located on the ground floor (the dimensions of the tub are 25×16 m), you can swim into the open-air artificial saltwater pool.

The total area of the Sports building is 8,890 sq. m.
