Hi-Tech House GP2301 is located in an ecologically clean and green part of Sochi in the Sobolevka district. This is a complex of 12 apartments with landscaped grounds and a private swimming pool, which is one of the points of attraction of this project.

The architecture of the complex is designed in a modern minimalist style. The building consists of two main elements: a large white volume and a slightly smaller black one. The black element is lined with black marble. The white one is covered with pebble plaster. They crash into each other like a large block of ice into a black marble rock. Wood trim is also used.

The GP2301 apartments are small, 25-30 sq. m. The apartments on the third floor turned out to be much higher than the first and second, which made it possible to make a mezzanine floor with a sleeping place there. The interiors of the apartments are also minimalistic and very restrained.
