The TOPWALL facade wall module (FSM) is a complete system, fully ready for installation at the facility, consisting of a power frame with a thermal insulation layer, an enclosing structure and cladding elements. The enclosing structure in the module is an internal cladding made of lightweight concrete, which ensures the module's resistance to bending moments and is the basis for interior decoration of the room. This feature of the prefab product (an element of factory readiness) allows you to eliminate wet processes in the construction of the facade of the building in building conditions, after installing the module, proceed to the finishing of the room, and also due to the completeness of the system without additional masonry work, increase the selling area without any losses.
