The EVRAZ STEEL BUILDING digital platform is a specialized Software that unites customers, designers, metal construction plants (DMCs) and general contractors in a single information space.
Each participant has a personal account that reflects both the status of the facility as a whole and details information on each steel structure. In real time, each participant has access to information about the project, its current status, current deviations and schedules, as well as the ability to generate the necessary reports.
The process is organized in this way. Based on the initial data, engineering specialists create a 3D model in Tekla, upload it to the platform, checking for collisions. At the same time, the platform saves the full import history and notifies the participants of the changes.
Next, the production manager creates and distributes orders to factories with the assignment of priorities within the assembly batches of construction kits for builders and taking into account the optimal loading of vehicles. The plant receives all documentation through the order platform.
A special feature is electronic labeling, which simplifies the collection and transmission of up—to-date information about the stages of order execution. Using the mobile application, you can view the documentation for each shipping stamp, transfer photo materials for an instance of the design, update the status of the execution stage, and much more.
The effect of using the platform for customers is that it eliminates both the risks of delivery delays and receipt of low-quality goods, as well as the delay in installation due to late deliveries. The costs of contract maintenance in terms of KMD development and delivery are minimized.
In turn, ZMK does not need to develop a KTD, independently complete an order with rolled metal and paintwork, and look for subcontractors for large orders with a short deadline. Factories are constantly provided with orders that fully meet their technical capabilities.
