Luxury apartments in the heart of the capital for a comfortable stay

Objectives and goals

The main objective of the project is to create a concise space for the temporary stay of the client, in which all the elements necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay are functionally thought out.

It was necessary to make significant changes to the layout, expand the main area, combine some rooms and provide practical wet points in the frames already defined by the room.

The concept

The interior has a clear minimalist style. Preference was given to a natural color palette, light shades of furniture and materials. Individual elements in contrast create the lightness of the space and connect all the elements of the interior into a whole composition.

Furniture and materials

Smooth painted walls, typical of minimalism, are combined with textile and wooden panels for accents and comfort.

Upholstered furniture is low, with low backs, strict, geometric shapes. The upholstery in our projects is always practical — velour or matting.

We use porcelain stoneware in the bathrooms.

Layout

The planning solution assumes a strict division into two zones — the main one, where you can meet guests, and the private one. The private room has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Cost of implementation

The estimate for the project is currently being calculated. According to preliminary data, rough work with engineering will cost the client 15 million rubles. (that is, about 71 thousand rubles per square meter).

The author's word

The work on the project was interesting. Despite the technical difficulties associated with the redevelopment, we managed to realize our creative ideas and develop the style in which we plan to continue working. Quick and clear feedback made working on the project even more comfortable.
