Design project of a studio apartment in a residential complex Tatlin, Yekaterinburg, project 2022. An apartment for a young student. The main objective is to create a functional, comfortable modern space for everyday life. After talking with the client and taking a survey, I realized that in order to take into account all the wishes, it is necessary to make a small redevelopment of the entrance group, utility room and kitchen area. Thus, by moving a couple of walls, we increased the space of the hallway and kitchen, taking up the area of the dressing room, but not to the detriment of the functionality of the apartment. Therefore, on 49 sq.m. there was a spacious kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a chic bathroom, an entrance hall and a dressing room. Not only 1 person, but also a couple will live comfortably in this apartment. The light color of the walls, with abstract colored shapes, was chosen as the color scheme. In this case, the orange circle on the wall in the living room and the wooden chairs can serve as a symbol of the sun and life, in balance with the sea-green furniture.

The line running under the ceiling along the perimeter of the apartment stylistically unites all the rooms together.

The implementation is scheduled for September 2022. The estimated cost of finishing materials, furniture, fixtures and plumbing fixtures is 2 million rubles.
