Park of Capitals Residential ecosystem | Atlas Development Group

The Park of Capitals residential ecosystem from Atlas Development is a modern business-class residential area. The complex is located in one of the most popular areas of Yekaterinburg — the Bus Station and consists of 10 houses of variable storeys, united by a pedestrian gallery, which has everything you need for a comfortable life: from kindergarten to restaurant. Each house in the complex is an allusion to the history of the world's capitals: fashion, trade, finance, and others.

We have created a closed courtyard without cars on 2 hectares inside the complex. Running and cycling paths, a private pond with a stream, unique playgrounds and author's recreation areas create the impression of a real park. You can always read a book in the summer heat in cozy gazebos, and play basketball with children on the playground.

Thanks to the spacious underground parking for 900 cars and a large guest parking near the house, there will always be a place to park your car. At the same time, after leaving the car, inside the underground parking on the way to the elevators, you will find a cozy space decorated in accordance with the latest design trends, from where you can climb both to the gallery and to your floor.

The complex has both high-speed and service elevators designed for the transportation of bulky materials. This solution allows you to separate the flows of residents, guests and service staff.

More than 100 unique layouts have been developed for future residents. Our architects have created an ergonomic space that meets every requirement. The houses have both cozy one-room apartments and studios, as well as spacious and functional three-room apartments.

Security in homes is provided by video surveillance cameras, a neural network that responds to alarming events, round-the-clock security and attentive concierge service. The Park of Capitals also provides other smart solutions to maintain and preserve the comfort of our residents.

For management, systematization and dispatching, we have developed a single digital environment based on a cloud service. The system allows you to control many processes and quickly respond to various trigger situations. The unified digital environment consists of the following elements:

  • User interface in a mobile application (resident, Service company, UK employee)
  • Connected third-party software (FOR ACS, FOR SOT, for APS, for intercom, FOR elevators, and others)
  • Connected end-use equipment (intercoms, readers, cameras, counters, and others)
  • Connected third-party services (payment systems, accounting software, and others).

Data on the status of the above-mentioned systems, their processing, analysis, monitoring and provision of the processed data to the LCD dispatcher is carried out using the ASMU LCD SCADA system. The system has means of protection against operator errors of personnel, which can lead to accidents in the engineering systems of the house, as well as means of documenting the actions of operators. In the SCADA system, we use a role-based access model that distinguishes at least three levels:

  • Operator
  • Administrator
  • Developer

In the Park of Capitals residential ecosystem, we use modern automation technologies to ensure stable operation and control of life support and safety systems, such as:

  • Power supply and electric lighting systems;
  • General exchange ventilation and smoke extraction ventilation systems;
  • Heat supply systems;
  • Water supply and sanitation systems;
  • Fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems;
  • Fire alarm systems;
  • Fire extinguishing systems;
  • Vertical transport systems;
  • JUDGE'S NAME;

The automated house system is based on a functional hierarchical principle and includes the following levels::

  • Level 1 is a data transmission network between the automation level and the information management, collection and processing level.;
  • Level 2 (field) — primary sensors and actuators of technological installations, devices for matching the signals of primary sensors with the inputs of automation-level devices;
  • Level 3 (automation) — information acquisition controllers (remote I/O modules), PLCs, equipment control devices for controlled systems (shields and control panels), interface and protocol conversion devices (gateways);
  • Level 4 (information management, collection and processing) — a software and hardware complex based on a specialized Software for data management, collection, secondary processing, storage and visualization (SCADA system).
  • Level 5 (dispatching) — ARM operators (dispatchers).

One of the important elements of a unified digital environment is the newly developed ATLAS.Servise mobile application. It is available to all residents. With its help, you can not only interact with the service company, but also adjust the level of "intelligence" of your future apartment yourself. The app opens up opportunities for residents such as:

  • Smart Home system management from a smartphone.
  • Automatic reading of apartment meters and their transfer to the service company.
  • Management of gates and barriers on the territory of the house.
  • Registration of a pass for guests.
  • Receiving calls from the intercom's call panel to a smartphone and other devices.
  • Viewing images from surveillance cameras.
  • Receipt of receipts for housing and communal services and their payment. Cost analysis.
  • Communicate with neighbors and employees of the Service Company in built-in chats, vote for common decisions.
  • Prompt creation and sending of a troubleshooting request to the Service Company.
  • Purchase of necessary goods and services in the "marketplace" section.

Creating a unified digital environment that combines multiple systems allows us to achieve not only a high level of comfort and safety for residents, but also the convenience of use by employees of the service company in their daily work.
