The central lobby of the ALIA Residential complex (building 10E) | Architectural bureau Pergaev Bureau

The lobbies of the ALIA residential complex form an integrated system of public spaces, where each block solves its own task and complements the overall scenario of residents' lives. The architects of the Pergaev Bureau have developed several lobby typologies, which are united by the idea of combining aesthetics and functionality.

The central lobby of the ALIA residential complex (building 10E) is built around the idea of a modern "study" — a space where you can change your home environment, focus on business or spend time in a calm atmosphere. The interior is inspired by the aesthetics of the Bauhaus: warm wood, tall bookshelves, deep natural shades and stained glass partitions create the feeling of a cozy home library. The central element is a glass meeting room, which is suitable for work and meetings during the day, and for board games and socializing in the evening. Special attention is paid to the family life scenario. The children's area continues the overall concept of the space and combines play, creativity and learning. There are places for painting, a stage for classes, play structures and places for joint leisure. Stained glass windows allow parents to watch their children from the lobby without losing their sense of comfort and privacy. The space turned out to be functional and focused on the modern urban community.
