The Sydney Prime premium quarter on the first coastline of Shelepikhinskaya Embankment is an architectural response to the demand for harmony in the metropolis. Two buildings with duplex apartments and terraces, an enclosed private courtyard with a pond and gardens form an environment where nature becomes a collaborator of space. The idea of well-being is not just a trend, but the basic philosophy of the project: restoring inner balance through contact with water, light and textures.

It is the interiors of public areas that become the main guide of this philosophy. Architect Oleg Klodt combined five key locations — the front lobby, the meeting room, the children's room and the yoga room - with a single natural palette. Terracotta, emerald and natural stone create tactile harmony, subordinating each element to a common narrative of deceleration and returning the resident to a sense of presence.

The lobby's center of attraction is glass art objects. The installation "Metaphor": swirling transparent plates in which the sound of foliage and the movement of water are encrypted is a reference to the embankment and the pond in the courtyard. The sculpture "Ice" is a floating translucent shape that captures the fragility of the moment and the play of natural light. Together, they switch perception from the urban rhythm to a state of rest, setting the tone for the entire space.

The Glacier of the Couloirs meeting room is designed as a space for removing communication barriers. Its dominant feature is an installation in the form of a frozen river, metaphorically calling for "melting the ice" and finding a common language. The children's room is a bright cluster for creativity with safe, ergonomic and bright furniture that supports the natural range of the neighborhood.

Even the underground parking is integrated into a single narrative: a strict dark base, a soft gradient on the columns and author's navigation turn a routine descent into an aesthetic route, connecting the technical level with the entrance.

At Sydney Prime, the interiors of public spaces are no longer the backdrop. They become a therapeutic environment that reveals the architectural idea of the house through tactility, light, and natural imagery.
